Name of competition: Dental Health Week Kid's Competition

Summary of competition: During Dental Health Week, Kooringal Dental will be running a Kid's Competition for all new and existing patients of the practice under the age of 18 at the time of entry.

Method of entry: To enter, entrants (or parents/guardians of entrants), can either send a direct message through Kooringal Dental's Facebook page, or grab a competition slip from reception directly and complete the following details:

And answer the following questions:
1. How often should you brush your teeth?
2. How long should you spend brushing your teeth?
3. What mineral, often found in toothpaste, helps to strengthen enamel and prevent tooth decay?

Entrants can submit entries from Monday, 7th of August, 2023 8:00AM (AEST) until Saturday, 12th of August, 2023 4:00PM (AEST)

Eligibility criteria: The Dental Health Week Kid's Competition is applicable to all new and existing patients of Kooringal Dental under the age of 18 at the time of entry. Entrants must obtain consent from their parent or guardian to enter. Only one entry is allowed per entrant. Entrants must submit their entry before Saturday, 12th of August, 2023 at 4PM (AEST). Promotions are not open to employees of, or contractors to, Kooringal Dental Lane Cove, or children of such employees and contractors (Whether or not they live in the same household).

Prize: First place prize is a kids' electric toothbrush chosen based on the winner (which will be valued at a maximum of $40 (GST-inclusive)).

Second and third place prize will be a kids' stationary pack chosen based on winners (which will be valued at a maximum of $25 (GST-inclusive)).

Value of prizes are determined by the winners' gender and age, chosen by the Kooringal Dental team. Prizes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable for redemption of any other use at Kooringal Dental.

Judging criteria: Winners will be chosen from a pool of correct answers, under a game of chance. At the time and date specified below, each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection, drawn by a staff member at Kooringal Dental. The number of winning entries to be selected will be the same as the total number of prizes specified above. To determine the place of the prize, the entries will be chosen in the order of first place prize, second place prize, and third place prize.

Notification of winner: The prize(s) will be drawn on Monday, 14th of August, 2023 12:00PM (AEST) and the winner of the prize (or the parent/guardian of the winner of the prize) will be notified directly by phone. Entrants must be able to collect the prize(s) at the practice within 30 days of notification.
